Shipping & General Information
By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set an expectation on our services. Sometimes, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
We will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for restocking the back ordered item or if you would preferrer us to process a store credit.
Shipping & Return Policy
The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight and destination of the items in the order. The shipping payment will be collected with the purchase.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of the received payment order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, standard business hours, except on national holidays the warehouse will be closed. We will ensure shipment delays will be kept at a minimum.

Please, note that orders to the U.S. destinations are may take a transit 1 to 7 days. From the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
Delivery Time Exceed
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecast time, and you are experiencing a non-delivery, or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates of the shipping provider. You may visit USPS.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier”s website.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier, please seek advice immediately with our client services for lost items. Please be advised, ProStyle Lounge is not responsible for any lost of packages in transit.
Sales tax is applied at the checkout as displayed on the website.
For any reason, a change of mind, or other, we are not able to accept cancellations at any time. Only products store credits will be processed. Before the order has already been dispatched, please advise our client services.
All items are eligible for returning must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, if we, unfortunately, are unable to offer you an exchange or store credit is applicable only for products, not services.
To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be unused in his original packaging, in the same condition that it was received it. We are NOT responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation. Strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the packages exited the US.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non- returnable items as:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care goods
For a complete return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange/Store credit (if applicable). Once the item return is received and inspected at our facility, you will be notified by email for approval. A replacement item will be sent to you (if stock is available).
For exchanges (if applicable)
- Only items defective or damaged will be replaced.
- The shipping process is at the customer’s expense.
For store credit (if applicable)
- Only items defective and damaged will be replaced and redeemed. The customer will be notified by email and redeem on his store account.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for the full cost of returning the package back to our facility.
- For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the full cost of shipping.
